Refund instructions

If the product you purchased is within five days after you complete the payment, you can choose to make a refund.

We will deliver the product to you within five to ten days after the product is packaged and sent out.     

If you encounter the following situations when you receive the product, you can consult us for a refund, and we will bear the shipping cost required for the return:

 The product received is not as described;                                                                                           Parts of the product are missing;                                                                                                           The product is damaged or incomplete.

If you choose to refund in the following situations, you need to bear the shipping cost:

Did not meet expectations;                                                                                                                   Purchased an unwanted product.                                                                         

 All refund operations need to be completed within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product, and refund operations cannot be performed after 15 days.

The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 48 hours after the customer service confirms the refund.
